Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to the Elevate Impact Advisory website. These Terms of Use explain how the original content and materials available through this website may be used.
Copyright and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, copyright in the original content and materials on this website is owned by Elevate Impact Advisory Pty Ltd, or is used with permission.
This includes, where applicable, written content, articles, graphics, diagrams, visual representations, photographs, downloadable resources, diagnostic materials, framework descriptions, models and other original materials.
Elevate Impact Advisory develops and uses distinctive frameworks, models, concepts, diagnostic approaches and bodies of professional practice. These include Relational Efficacy™, the Impact Gap™, Direction × Belief Culture Map, Belief Cascade, Theory of Improvement Cultures, Inside–Out Impact, School Improvement Pathway™, and related EIA materials.
Copyright does not protect an idea or concept simply as an idea. However, the particular written, visual, graphic and other original expression of EIA’s work may be protected by copyright. Names and other brand identifiers may also be protected through trade mark and other laws.
You are welcome to engage with and share the work
EIA is intended to contribute to professional thinking and conversation. You are welcome to read, discuss and share links to publicly available pages on this website.
You may also quote limited extracts where permitted by law, provided that Elevate Impact Advisory is clearly and appropriately acknowledged and, where practical, a link to the original material is included.
Reproduction and adaptation
Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission from Elevate Impact Advisory Pty Ltd, EIA content and materials must not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, substantially adapted, rebranded or presented as the work of another person or organisation.
In particular, EIA frameworks, diagrams, models, diagnostic materials and other protected resources must not be incorporated into another consultancy service, professional learning program, workshop, publication, product or commercial resource without prior written permission.
EIA material must not be represented as your own or reproduced in a way that removes or obscures its original authorship, copyright notice, trade mark or other attribution.
Educational and professional use
The educational nature of EIA’s work does not mean that its materials are free to reproduce.
Australian copyright law permits some uses of copyright material without permission in particular circumstances. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a use that is permitted by law.
If you would like to reproduce or adapt EIA material for use within a school, organisation, course, workshop, professional learning program, publication or other resource beyond what the law permits, please contact Elevate Impact Advisory for permission.
Downloadable resources
Any downloadable resource available through this website remains subject to copyright and to these Terms of Use, together with any additional conditions stated on the resource itself.
Downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property in that resource.
Digital extraction and AI use
EIA content and protected materials must not be systematically scraped, harvested or extracted for the purpose of creating a content repository, dataset or competing resource.
Protected EIA content and materials must not be used to train, fine-tune or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or incorporated into training datasets for those purposes, without prior written permission, except to the extent that such a restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
Trade marks
Trade marks, business names, framework names, logos and other brand identifiers appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
Where the ™ symbol appears, it indicates that Elevate Impact Advisory claims the relevant name or identifier as a trade mark. It does not necessarily mean that the trade mark is registered.
Nothing on this website grants permission to use an EIA trade mark, logo or brand identifier in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement or affiliation.
Third-party material
Some material appearing on or referred to through this website may be owned by third parties. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in that material remain with the relevant owners.
Permission to use EIA material
EIA welcomes thoughtful engagement with its work.
If you would like to reproduce, adapt, publish, license or otherwise use EIA material beyond the uses permitted by these Terms or by law, please contact Elevate Impact Advisory through the website.
Please include details of the material you would like to use, how you propose to use it, the intended audience and whether the proposed use is commercial.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time as EIA’s work and resources continue to develop.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, subject to any applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
